Job Summary:  

Cyclotron is looking for a strong leader to continue to build out their global Power Platform practice. This role entails developing and overseeing Cyclotron’s tailored Power Platform solutions and emerging related technologies within the Generative AI space for their client base. In addition, the Practice Lead role is directly responsible for managing a global team of consultants, as well as driving an expansion strategy to meet the needs of the Power Platform delivery services. This role is expected to work closely with Microsoft account teams and directly with our client base to ensure alignment and client success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Accountable for developing and maintaining Go to Market solution offerings to drive services growth: 

  • Develop tailored solution offerings to meet the needs of our client base, leveraging our Microsoft partnership to supplement these solutions. 

  • Educate on GTM offers internally, as well as to our client base and Microsoft point of contacts. 

  • Stay ahead of emerging Power Platform and Gen AI technologies to create/revise GTM offers. 

Act as a senior point of contact for clients and Microsoft account teams to drive client success: 

  • Demonstrate strategic alignment and partnership from presales through the delivery lifecycle on key engagements. 

  • Ongoing delivery oversight to ensure engagement success. 

  • Responsible for client retention and services expansion within the Power Platform practice. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement in delivery and client satisfaction: 

  • Drive Power Platform integration across peer practices to enhance tailored solutions and to streamline the delivery experience. 

  • Directly influence the client’s digital transformation journey by driving Power Platform and Gen AI solutions to meet their business needs. 

Lead a global Power Platform team by sustaining a highly functioning team of consultants:  

  • Manage a team of consultants, providing them with the necessary support to deliver engagements successfully. 

  • Support the team in individual employee growth and development. 

  • Continue practice growth by executing a strategic plan of expansion, aligning to company goals. 

Qualifications/ Skills: 

  • Proven experience in a practice leadership role within a consulting or technology services environment. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans. 

  • Experienced people manager focused on employee growth and satisfaction. 

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related Generative AI technologies, including but not limited to: 

  • Dynamics 365 

  • No code low code 

  • Model driven apps 

  • Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages 

  • Copilot Studio 

  • A leader within the Microsoft community is preferred.
