Position Overview 

Cyclotron is looking for a Change Leadership Presales Partner (full-time employee) in the Change Leadership Practice. You will lead development and delivery for presales for the Change Leadership practice, partnering closely with project delivery leaders, including the practice lead and team lead, to shape offers that solve real client needs. You stay current on Microsoft innovations to inform offer design, standardize presales assets, and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery. You will work across practices in a consulting environment serving small to large enterprises. 

Key Responsibilities 

Offer Development – offers that serve clients’ needs 

  • Keep up to date with changes in the Microsoft environment 

  • Collaborate with Change Leadership delivery leaders to develop and refine offers that address client needs, deliver measurable outcomes, and align with Microsoft ecosystem updates 

  • Build and maintain standardized presales content including Budgetary Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimators, offer decks, and marketing materials. Ensure they align with project delivery. 

  • Partner with Account Executives to expand Change Leadership support beyond Microsoft solutions. 

  • Contribute to the presales team development through continuous improvement 

Presales Delivery – ensuring standards work for delivery 

  • Participate in client calls to understand client needs, business drivers, and scope potential engagements to shape Change Leadership solutions. 

  • Develop Budgetary Proposals and SOWs in collaboration with cross-functional presales teams within defined SLAs. 

  • Present the Change Leadership components of proposed solutions during client presales reviews. 

  • Facilitate smooth handoffs from presales to delivery teams to ensure continuity and alignment, including assumptions, risks, scope and client context. 

What Success Looks Like 

  • A clear, current offer catalog with reusable assets and estimators that reflect delivery best practices 

  • Consistent SLA adherence for BEs and SOWs, with stakeholder satisfaction across Sales and Delivery 

  • A closed loop with delivery that captures lessons learned and improves estimators, templates, and blueprints 

  • Prospects understand not only the technical plan but also the adoption path, metrics, and business value 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and results orientation in dynamic environments 

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement 

  • 5+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes 

  • Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices 

  • Copilot/ AI / IT / Microsoft experience 

  • Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences, from executives to frontline audiences 

  • Organized, strategic, and tactical with strong follow through 

  • Self-starter who learns quickly and works independently 

  • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts 

Preferred  

  • Big 4 consulting experience preferred  

  • Change management certification or designation a plus

30-60-90 Day Plan 

30 days 

  • Onboard to offerings, templates, estimators, and blueprint library 

  • Shadow 3 to 5 presales calls and complete three (3) BE or SOW with guidance 

60 days 

  • Independently drive BEs or SOWs for ten (10) opportunities and present Change Leadership components  

  • Review and recommend quick wins to standardize presales assets 

90 days 

  • Own an item for presales development. Potential ideas include: 

  • Document a repeatable presales-to-delivery handoff checklist 

  • Mini refresh of one offer including deck, estimator, and SOW language 

  • Establish presales SLA dashboard and weekly backlog review with Sales and Delivery 

  • Publish a best practices guide for Change Leadership presales
