Salary Range: $140K–$165K base 

Summary 

Cyclotron is seeking experienced AI Innovation Strategists to join our AI Innovation Practice. These senior consultants will partner with clients to define AI strategies, design governance frameworks, and accelerate adoption through change leadership integration. Strategists will work across business and technical teams to deliver outcome-driven roadmaps, ensuring every AI initiative aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable ROI. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead client-facing workshops for AI strategy assessment and roadmap development  

  • Conduct readiness assessments across people, process, data, and technology  

  • Define strategic pillars, guiding principles, and measurable KPIs for AI initiatives  

  • Prioritize use cases based on impact and feasibility; develop execution plans  

  • Design governance models and risk mitigation strategies for AI adoption  

  • Collaborate with technical teams on architecture blueprints and integration patterns  

  • Develop client deliverables including strategy decks, COE charters, and operation playbooks  

  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge base  

  • Support account planning and pre-sales efforts with scoping and estimators 

Requirements 

  • 7+ years in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting  

  • Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and change management  

  • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage executive stakeholders  

  • Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred  

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex concepts  

  • Familiarity with COE design and operational frameworks 

  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate  

  • Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences 

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics 

  • Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts 

  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently 

  • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed  

Additional Knowledge & Skills 

  • Big Four or boutique consulting experience preferred 

  • Experience with marketing collateral development and sales enablement 

  • Strategic storytelling and executive presence

30-60-90 Day Plan 

First 30 Days 

  • Learn Cyclotron’s AI Innovation offerings, frameworks, and delivery models 

  • Shadow Director in client workshops and internal planning sessions 

  • Begin drafting templates for strategy deliverables and scoping tools 

Next 60 Days 

  • Lead portions of client workshops and readiness assessments 

  • Own documentation for initial engagements (strategy blueprints, KPIs, governance artifacts) 

  • Support COE design and roll out planning 

Next 90 Days 

  • Independently lead client strategy sessions and deliver full engagement packages 

  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal enablement content 

  • Assist in refining offerings and scaling delivery processes
