Power Platform Developer- Gen AI/Copilot Studio

Job Type: FTE
Location: Remote (anywhere in US or Canada)

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a strong plus.
- Advanced experience with ASP.NET for API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience in developing and registering custom Power Platform plugins.
- Experience in registering and managing outbound webhooks.
- Expertise in building and integrating custom PCF components for PowerApps and Power Pages.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management (Azure AD).
Experience:
- Proven track record of working with Microsoft Power Platform and delivering custom solutions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio.
- Experience developing - Custom connectors against 3rd party or in-house APIs
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work with APIs and build connectors.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework (optional but desirable).
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounding techniques is a plus.
- Experience developing conceptual (PoC) to production solutions/apps
